Our first overland expedition to beloved Turkey took place in 2021. The journey, over 10,000 kilometers long, began in Istanbul and continued along the northern coast of the Black Sea and through the snowy mountains of the north. Than traveled through the eastern part around the biblical Mount Ararat, past Lake Van into the Kurdish region and Mesopotamia. The most beautiful part -Cappadocia, as well as the tourist favorite Pamukkale. We spent several days along the Mediterranean coast, ending in the historically significant Gallipoli. During this journey, our first book was born, which you can read or download here.
